Charlotte Massaquoi is a based movement and life coach for those seeking a deeper physical resiliency and body & mind integration. With over 20 years of movement training, Charlotte is recognized for her unique combination of mobility training, partner stretching, strength training, kettle bell flow, movement improvisation and applied gymnastics and par kour basics.

She received her B.A. in Dance from UCI and personal trainer certification from National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She brings a holistic approach to movement and wellness training to every client.
